Kummer & Herrman // ART DIRECTION & DESIGN / TNT Post
On the occasion of the 375th anniversary of the University of Utrecht, TNT commissioned Kummer & Herrman to design a series of ten postage stamps. Each of the ten stamps pays attention to another anniversary, which takes place within a part of the University during this year. In this way the design illustrates the broad scope of the Utrecht University and, at the same time, addresses diverse groups inside and outside the university. The design doesn’t just look back in history but also focuses with more recent jubilees on the future.
