Kate Peters
Kate Peters was born in Coventry, England in 1980.
She studied Photography at Falmouth College of Arts, Cornwall. After completing her degree she moved to London where she assisted a number of photographer’s including four years as first assistant to Nadav Kander. Since embarking on her own career, Kate has been working on several personal projects, including a series looking at female dominatrix. She shoots regularly for clients such as Stella Magazine, The Telegraph Magazine and Monocle.
In 2009 Kate received the Best in Book award in Creative Review‘s Photography annual for a series taken at a religious theme park in Florida. Exhibitions include Photocinema at the Format Photography festival and Projected Landscapes at the Architectural Association.
